TCV’s Joshua Homme Named Official Record Store Day Ambassador
Them Crooked Vultures a/k/a Dave Grohl, Joshua Homme and John Paul Jones have announced the addition of three new dates to the band’s spring U.S. Run.
The new shows-April 14 at Club Nokia in Los Angeles, May 17 at the Egyptian Room at the Old National Centre in Indianapolis and May 18 at the Aragon Ballroom in Chicago-expand an itinerary that includes an April 16 appearance at the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival, an April 17 show at the Joint in Las Vegas and an April 19 date at the Fillmore in Denver.
Following the Coachella and Club Nokia dates, Them Crooked Vultures will commemorate this year’s Record Store Day with the April 17 release of a 10” picture disc featuring a double A-side of “Mind Eraser, No Chaser” and the previously unreleased “Hwy 1” (recorded live by Sydney, Australia’s Triple J) and “Vulture Speak,” an exclusive interview on the B-side.
