Following the February 27 conclusion of their residency at Los Angeles’ Echo club, Electric Guest a/k/a Asa Taccone and Matthew Compton will saddle up their supporting musicians to take their live experience, hailed by NYLON as  ”pretty much irresistible,” out on a full North American tour–one that now runs through May 10 with the addition of the new dates listed below.

The new leg of the tour commences the day after the April 24 release date of  Electric Guest’s Danger Mouse-produced Downtown Records debut album, Mondo. The record’s first single, “This Head I Hold,” was released digitally January 24 and  can be streamed free at http://soundcloud.com/electricguest/this-head-i-hold.

Prior to the April 25-May 10 tour, Electric Guest will play a handful of dates in the southwestern U.S., including a first visit to South By Southwest in Austin (Details TBD). See itinerary below and check back at ElectricGuest.comfor updates.
