Ryan Adams has released “To Be Without You,” the second track to be made available from his eagerly awaited new album Prisoner out February 17 via Pax-Am/Blue Note and available for pre-order at http://ryanadams.lnk.to/Prisoner.

Today at instagram.com/misterryanadams, Adams unveiled a peek at the one of a kind 7-inch of “To Be Without You” recorded directly to vinyl in Electric Lady’s Voice-O-Graph booth. As with the version of album opener “Do You Still Love Me?” previewed on Ryan’s Instagram earlier this week, an acoustic version of each of Prisoner’s 12 tracks will be recorded direct-to-vinyl in the vintage booth, one of only four known models in existence. The 12 singles well then be distributed at random into copies of the forthcoming Prisoner Mystery Box. Further details of the Mystery Box and its contents will be revealed as they are finalized. Those who sign up at http://bit.ly/paxammystery will be the first to receive details and a chance to order the extremely limited box. Only one run of the Mystery Box will be pressed and only a dozen copies of the box will contain one of the Voice-O-Graph 45s.

In other news, Adams has confirmed a January 21, 2017 appearance on A Prairie Home Companion to be broadcast from Pasadena, CA. Tickets for the show are available on Ticketmaster.

Adams’ first full length album of new original material since the 2014 self-titled album that entered the U.S. album chart at a career high of #4, Prisoner will be available February 17, 2017 in formats including: standard digital, HD digital, 180G vinyl, CD, limited edition red vinyl at indie record stores, and a limited edition exclusive cover at Barnes and Noble.
