A day before the April 24 release of their highly anticipated debut LP Mondo, Electric Guest are premiering the music video for single “This Head I Hold” across all MTV platforms. Directed by Keith Schofield (Charlotte Gainsbourg & Beck, Justice), the video sees a peculiar dance audition set in a mundane auditorium–until lead singer Asa Taccone’s stage fright sends him into a post-apocalyptic fantasy… or reality? Electric Guest is scheduled to make its network television debut May 4th on The Late Show With David Letterman, performing “This Head I Hold.” Currently on the second leg of its North American tour, the band have recently confirmed sets at some of this summer’s most anticipated festivals, including Washington’s Sasquatch Festival and San Francisco’s Outside Lands.
